We are in construction business more than 30 years. We have an experienced management team for budgeting, planning, procuring, executing and handing over projects to our precious clients. Our
management skills in budgeting and planning helped us to pass COVID19 times while we had many projects in hand and working even during lock-down period. Our management team have open license which give us the ability to try bigger and more complex projects.
Our other main advantage is our long-term suppliers and contractors. Our suppliers helping us to keep our project costs within planned budget and receive our required materials according to our project schedule. On the other side, majority of our subcontractors working with us for more than a decade which gives us confident about quality of finished work. Cooperation with efficient suppliers and reliable contractors was the most important factor to deliver our projects within planned time and budget which gave us the advantage to have repeating clients, referring clients, or neighbors of the project sites asking for our service.
